With 23 years experience in Product Direction, Management, User Experience, and Product Design, I specialize in highly visible, consumer-facing and enterprise solutions for mobile, web, and TV.
I've designed products for Apple, Microsoft, AT&T, and DirecTV and collaborated with various design agencies including Frog, Method, BBDO, Critical Mass, Interbrand, and others.

When AT&T bought DirecTV, I was recruited as the User Experience Subject Matter Expert in an effort to improve the DirecTV mobile app's 1-star rating. My assignment was to improve the app's rating (iOS & Android) to 4-stars or more as quickly as possible.

Led the redesign of AT&T's U-verse interface, creating a streamlined, personalized experience with seamless content integration, while aligning with FCC requirements and supporting AT&T’s strategic goals for the future of content delivery.

Life was the first mobile health tracker that allowed users to create and track custom metrics. It's a cycle tracker and whole-life tracker that's amazingly accurate and super easy to use.

Delivered a scalable AT&T homepage solution that improved task success rates, reduced support calls, and increased engagement with key promotions. Led cross-functional collaboration to align design with user needs and business goals.
