With 20+ years in product design and 5+ leading design teams, I’m focused on UX strategy, scalable systems, and cross-functional collaboration that drives measurable business impact. I’ve led end-to-end design efforts across mobile, web, and TV platforms, guiding teams from vision through execution.
My leadership style is hands-on and outcome-driven, grounded in mentorship, systems thinking, and a high bar for quality across the product lifecycle. I build high-performing teams, foster cross-functional alignment, and deliver user-centered solutions that enable clarity, growth, and speed.



Following AT&T’s acquisition of DirecTV, I was brought in to lead mobile UX strategy as the User Experience SME, tasked with turning around the DirecTV mobile app’s performance.
